Product Release Management

Inspection of Finished Products and Management of Sample Retention
The finished products are checked and maintained, and each product is checked once a year by a body with state-recognized inspection qualifications, these include pathogens, Fungal Toxins, heavy metals, agricultural and veterinary residues, veterinary residues, food additives, illegal additives, and food safety indicators to confirm my company's ability to provide qualified and safe products. Each batch of products is sampled, leaving samples for a period longer than two months for retrospective purposes.
Storage and Delivery
Provide suitable storage conditions, and carry out product protection (fire protection, anti-theft, anti-tide, Sun Protection, pest control, anti-corrosion, etc.).
The product is uniquely identified to ensure traceability and to prevent misuse of the hair. Non-conforming products shall be segregated in special areas to prevent the occurrence of false hair.
The product is recorded at the time of release for traceability.
